Instructional Coaching is about the skill and art of teaching, of working with a group of students to guide them through the learning process to reach the desired learning outcome. When it comes to the actual content, that is your expertise. My purpose is to focus on the process of teaching and learning your content.

These are two separate areas. You receive(d) content learning and coaching from colleagues and experts in your field of study or content area. That is not my purpose. Rather, my focus is on the "how to teach and learn" side of what we do in the classroom as teachers.
